The Dirt Destroyers - Service Agreement

1. The Dirt Destroyers is a professional residential cleaning service fully insured and bonded. We wear name badges and or uniforms to identify ourselves.

2. If your home is equipped with a security system please ensure that it is in an “off,’ or unarmed, position prior to arrival.

3. We provide our own cleaning supplies, vacuums, and equipment due to OSHA requirements concerning proper content documentation of cleaning supplies.

4. Please make sure your home is accessible to us. Most of our regular customer’s provide us with a key.

5. We normally work in teams of two. Occasionally our teams include more.

6. To avoid accidents, it would be helpful if you put away any valuables, collectibles, heirlooms, etc.

7. We do not smoke, eat, or drink while in your home, nor do we watch TV or play the radio. We do not answer the telephone or the doorbell. We are there for only one reason… to clean your home.

8. Please do not leave small children unattended where they could be exposed to any cleaning supplies. Some products are harmful if swallowed.

9. Since we do no billing, we appreciate full payment on the day of the cleaning. Payment by cash, check or money order should be left on the kitchen counter or table when we arrive If a check is returned due to NSF, you may be subject to additional charges in the amount $35.00.

10. If you must reschedule or skip your regular cleaning day, we appreciate at least 24 to 48 hour notice. If we receive less notice, or, if upon arrival we cannot enter your home, it may be necessary for us to assess a $45.00 fee to cover expenses.

11. We are appreciative when you secure your pets and pick up after them before arrival. Due to the individual care that plants require, we are not able to maintain them.

12. We are instructed to follow the work requirements listed on your service agreement. Please call our office at least 48 hours in advance to schedule your additional needs.

13. Last, but not least, please call us if you are unhappy with the quality of our work, however we need to be made aware of the problem within 24 hours cleaning to honor our “Satisfaction Guaranteed” promise.

After this date, a Dirt Destroyer representative may need to discuss changes to the price and cleaning instructions.

This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party with thirty (30) days advance notice.
