1. What areas do you currently serve?

We currently serve Madison and Milwaukee areas. See the Contact Us page for the phone numbers.

2. How much does the cleaning cost?

Cleaning costs vary depending upon the area. The Dirt Destroyers will give you a free estimate. You can call us, email us or use out consultation form to get an estimate.

3. Do I need to be present for the cleaning?

No. Most of our regular customer’s provide us with a key. If your home is equipped with a security system please ensure that it is in an “off,’ or unarmed, position prior to arrival.

4. Will the same person come to clean our house everytime?

Probably not. We work in teams of two. Sometimes, our teams include more. We wear name badges and or uniforms to identify ourselves.

5. What are your other services besides housecleaning?

In addition to our cleaning services, we also provide personal grocery shopping, lawn care services, window washing and other custom cleaning services. Click here to view a list of all our custom cleaning services.

6. Are you insured and bonded?

The Dirt Destroyers is fully insured and bonded. We can provide a copy of our certificate on request.

7. How do I pay for my cleaning?

We appreciate payment on the day of the cleaning. Payment with check, cash or money order should be left on the kitchen counter. Returned checks may be subject to a $35.00 additional charge.

8. Do you have gift certificates?

Yes. We do have gift certificates. You can either go to the gift certificates page to order one or call us for more information.
